Pay Master is payroll software specifically made in Fiji for Fiji. This program calculates Gross Pay, Net Pay, Deductions (Union, Company Loan), P.A.Y.E and F.N.P.F (normal or extra).

At the end of each month Contribution Schedule and Payment Schedule forms can be printed out along with the new F.N.P.F. disk requirement, you do not need to collect/make special forms for F.N.P.F. payment.

At the end of each month the P.A.Y.E Tax payment advice report containing the deduction for each employee can be printed out and at the end of this report the total amount to pay is printed.

At the end of each year the yearly summary form with the required information filled can be printed along the data file form and P-41(employee and employer copy); again you do not need to collect these forms from the Inland Revenue Office.

If you need more information on Pay Master please look at either the electronic book or Windows help file , you will need to have Acrobat Reader installed.

There are some restriction for using the trial software. There are two version of Pay Master.

In standard version, creating of bank disk for direct deposit to the employees account and security features is disabled. This version is mainly for single user, however, not restricted.

If your company's bank account is with either Westpac, ANZ or Colonial, this software supports the direct deposit through electronic file. For more information on this please contact your banker and refer salary disk.

Supported banks are: Westpac, ANZ and Colonial. Your employees may have account with any bank.

Once you have made the payment we will mail you a small code that you will need to enter on the registration screen under help menu, alternatively the license information is stored on our server and you could update the license via internet.

If you wish to get all the upgrades and updates, you may pay the annual subscription fees and we will provide you with the relevant updates and upgrades with no further costs as it comes.

You are not required to pay the annual subscription fees, but in case of updates or upgrades, and if you decide to get these updates then you will need to renew your license by paying 35% of the total cost along with our hourly consultation fees if any extra services are required.
